• How do I get my recovery equipment?
    We offer free delivery, set up, and pick up.
    We usually bring all our equipment for the patient to try out, this way, the patient can choose to keep what items work best for them. We take back whatever they do not need.

    We also offer patients the option of having their package delivered and setup a few days prior to surgery. This eliminates having to go through the process when the patient vision is impaired, and gives patients peace of mind knowing everything is ready for use. There is no charge for the earlier delivery, the rental will begin on the patient’s surgery date.

    Alternatively, we offer curbside pick up if the patient prefers to pick up the equipment.

  • Will my insurance cover the rental costs?
    This varies based on the individual patient’s insurance company and coverage. Some insurance companies cover part of the costs of recovery equipment rentals. A receipt for your rental will be provided which can be submitted to your health coverage provider for reimbursement. We encourage you to request a prescription from your doctor as further proof to your insurance provider that the equipment is a necessary part of your recovery.

  • What if I notice a problem with my equipment?
    Please contact us if you notice any issues with your equipment. DO NOT use the equipment until functionality and safety has been tested and cleared by one of our specialists.

  • How may I pay for my rental?
    Payment can be made with cash, e-transfer, debit and credit card.
